Here are some tips from You on a Diet:
- If you cut just 100 calories per day, you can lose 1 pound per month.
- Avoid hydrogenated oil, sugar, enriched floor and white foods.
- The only items you need in fridges are egg whites, cauliflower and fish.
- Only buy foods that are less than 4g of saturated fat and 4g of sugar per serving.
- A glass of water, good night sleep or sex may satisfy your craving center.
- Apples, carrots and nuts are awesome snacks to consider.
- Doing 60 minutes of high density cardio every week.
- Perform 30 minutes of weight training every day.
