How I Lost 10 pounds in 1 week and never gain it back!
If you are anything like me, you know how it feels like to struggle with craving and hunger when you are trying to lose weight. Let’s face it, no matter what diet you are in (high protein, south beach, low fat, you name it!), you have to eat less in order to lose the extra weight, PERIOD! However, the reality is always like this: you go on diet. You feel hungry all the time. Next, you end up binging, become fatter and depressed.
In this article, I am going to share with you on how I overcome the craving and hunger during my diet. As a result, I managed to lose 10 pounds in 1 week!
The first thing you need to understand is that I take natural appetite suppressant everyday. It’s called
“Hoodia Gordonii”(it’s actually a type of diet pill). I order Hoodia from this website (you can see the picture from picture on your right). Scientists say that it fools the brain by making you think you’re full. While you do not need Hoodia or appetite suppresant of any sort to lose weight, I found that I am eating a lot less as I am always feeling satisfied. It actually helps to lose weight faster and easier.
My story
I was 145 lbs at 5′8. I was going for a photo shoot where bikini is expected. Since the it was only 3 weeks away, I need to lose weight fast! After doing some research, I’ve decided that the Cabbage Soup Diet is the best plan for me to achieve rapid weight loss. The Cabbage Soup diet is 7 day plan. The soup consists of various low-calorie veggies, including cabbage, onions, tomatoes, celery and cabbage. The plan is as follow
Day 1: Take as much soup and fruits (except bananas) as you can. Consume plenty of water and cranberries juice.
Day 2: Take as much soup and veggies as you can. Have a buttered baked potato with dinner.
Day 3: Take as much soup, veggies and fruits as you like.
Day 4: Take soup, maximum 8 bananas and plenty of skim milks.
Day 5: Take at least one serving of soup today. You can have 10-20 ounces of chicken or bee.
Day 6: Take at least one serving of soup today. You may have 2-3 serving of steaks with fresh fruits and veggies.
Day 7: Take at least one serving of soup today. Take as much brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and veggies as you like.
Because of Hoodia, I am never hungry (which I think is the most important point). I don’t snack between meals and actually feel more energized as I have been taking more fruits and veggies. After 7 days, I successfully shed off 10 pounds! That is 10 pounds in only one week, not too shabby eh?

5′8″ - 145 lbs. WOW…could you be any more overweight? Now I would have been convinced what you said worked if you were a 230 lb 5′4″ woman who didn’t have a photo shoot in a bikini.
