Sassy Water Recipe: MUFA Flat Belly Diet

Sassy Water is used by people who want to lose weight with Mufa Flat Belly Diet. The term is coined By Prevention Nutrition Director, Cynthia Sass. It is said that the Sassy Water may help to soothe your gastrointestinal tract. Below you will find the Sassy Water Recipe, taken from About.com Health, by user Misimpossible:

Sassy Water Ingredients

2 liters water (about 8 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon thinly sliced
12 small spearmint leaves

Instruction: Combine ingredients and let it stand in fridge overnight. Drink all water the next day.

Sassy Water: Verdict
In previous post, I wrote about Mufa Flat Belly Diet. In retrospect, MUFA Flat Belly Diet is just another low calories diet. As with any low calories diet, you may lose a little initial weight, and gain back all the weight after you resume regular diet!
