
In Oprah’s show, Dr Oz showed us how to “Go back in time” with Green Drink and Cod Liver Oil. Dr. Oz said he takes the green drink most mornings. So you wanna look youthful? We present to you, Dr. Oz Green Drink recipe (fresh fruits and veggies only):
- 2 apples, cored;
- 2 big handful of spinach;
- 1/2 cup of chopped parsley;
- 1 celery stick;
- 1 lemon with peel intact;
- 1 medium cucumber;
- 1 thumb length of ginger root, peeled;
Alternatively, you can add the following (optional);
- raw carrot;
- unsweetened fruit juice;
- banana;
Steps: Place ingredients and ice cube in a blender, puree quickly.
It has strong (unpleasant!) taste which you may not like. It takes some time to get used to. For starter, you may add other ingredients (apples) to sweeten the drinks.
