Michael Moore is arguably the most controversial director in the US. His latest production, “Sicko” is a healthcare documentary which exposed dark sides of American health care system.
Whether you like him or not, you got to be impressed by his weight loss results. In the period of 3 months, Micky has lost a total of 30 pounds by just walking, eating and sleeping (the right way). In addition, his cholesterol level, blood level and blood sugar has dropped to healthy level. It seems that Micky became motivated while filming “Sicko”. He decided to take care of himself and stay out of the health care system. Apparently the film already has positive impact on the director himself.
I am sure you are curious how Michael achieved such significant result. Ladies and Gents, I present to you, “how to lose 30 pounds in three months with Michael Moore diet”:
• Get enough sleep: about 7-8 hours a day. Michael stressed that it is important to your overall health and weight loss.
• Consumes foods high in fiber: Michael eats at least 35 grams of fiber ever day. He recommends eating foods low in calories and high in weight. Those foods make you full so that you don’t overeat.
• Start walking: walk 30-40 minutes a day. “Sweat a little”, as Michael said. Unlike other celebs, Michael does not have a personal trainer.
What not to do with Michael Moore diet:
• Diet doesn’t work: Michael has tried everything from Weight Watchers, to no white foods etc. He claimed that none work!
• No diet pill: Only use it if you are under certain medical condition such as diabetic or prediabetic states. Oh yeah, Michael said he is not going to try the latest diet pill, Alli.
