by Alex on September 17, 2008

“I just cannot stick to diet!” – Can you believe that if Gwyneth Paltrow tells you this? Well guess some people like Gwyneth are gifted, isn’t she?
Gwyneth Paltrow is set to appear on Oprah Winfrey show on Wednesday (17 September 2008). She is going to reveal to Oprah Winfrey how she gets in fabulous shape with secret workouts.
Thanks to People Magazine, we are able to view sneak peak of the interview. Gwyneth said that she hates the idea of dieting, and counting calories (déjà vu, eh?). Instead, she said, “It’s worth it to me to do that extra exercise so I can eat what I want and not think about it.” Nonetheless, Gwyneth has troubles losing the extra 20 pounds she gained since giving birth to her son, Moses.
According to ivillage.co.uk, Gwyneth now stick to an organic diet complemented with yoga and alternative health therapies. She said, “I try not to eat any over-manufactured foods that aren’t naturally welcome in my body. I try not to eat anything ‘toxic’ that will drain my energy.”

**Side note***: I used to hate dieting too, until recently. See how I lost 10 pounds in 1 week with product as seen on Oprah.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Macrobiotic Diet
Gwyneth was in Macrobiotic for 3 to 4 years prior to her first pregnancy. With Macrobiotic diet, you eat organic, seasonal local foods that are not processed and refined, including vegetables, beans and grains. When she was pregnant with her first child, Apple, she stopped Macrobiotic diet. Since then she is not as strict as she once was, “’I'm not as stringent as I was in the past. I used to do a very strict macrobiotic diet, but then, during my pregnancy, I couldn’t eat brown rice. It made me feel so sick. At first all I wanted were biscuits. Now I’ll have cheese once in a while or white flour, but I still believe in whole grains and no sugar.’
