In the past, carb got a bad reputation as it’s considered the culprit of weight gain. As a result, low carb diet is touted as the best way to shed off the extra pounds. However, research shows that low carb diet may result in number of health complication. Worst of all, most people gain back the weight after they resume carb intake! That’s right: all the efforts are going down the drain.
With the Carb Lovers Diet, you don’t have to reduce the carb intake. Specifically, you are encouraged to eat foods filled with Resistant Starch. Unlike sugar and the most starch, the Resistant Starch more slowly. It helps to keep the sugar level low, and promote long term energy.
