Alli side effects and problems

by Alex

First on, Alli cannot do wonders to your already stored body fat. It only helps to block fat from your daily meals. The primary Alli side effects are related to your bowel movement. Alli’s main function is to prevent fat from being absorbed by the body, the fat will remain in liquid form and so your stool may become oily and loose.
As a result, your bowel movement may become urgent and frequent, without being in control. This could lead to side effects such as diarrhea, leaking, and wet gas. In fact, you are advised to wear dark pant, and bring a change of clothes to work. This is why the manufacturer stressed on low fat diet, as the more fat you eat, the associated side effects are more likely to occur.

You will be surprised if I tell you this, but low fat diets are often heavy in fat, uh no, unhealthy fat precisely. If you are on low fat diet you tend to purchase low fat foods from supermarkets. The problem with these convenient foods is they are full of transfats which will do more harms than good to your body. In addition, if you block fats from absorbed in the body, you are also blocking some essential nutrients that come with fast.

In any case, Alli is not recommended if you experience the following: malabsorption, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
