After lurking around the internet, I’ve found some Alli reviews based on various users’ experience.

“I tried them few years back with prescription. In conjunction of low fat diet, I did shed off some weights without experiencing any side effects. The only problem is the cost – it is too expensive – I gave up
Many GP in England are against prescribing Alli, and I didn’t bother asking again anyway”.

“I took Alli with prescription. It worked as I am too frighten to eat anything that is ‘fat’. Not a good experience I reckon.”

“I am on day 5 of Alli program. I thoroughly read all the booklets that came with the started pack ($63 for the started pack with 120 caps at Costco) and it clearly stated that to lose the weight and for Allie to be successful you must do your part – keep your calorie count per day as well as the stated fat grams per day/ per meal.
So far so good – I have not experience any side effects.”

“I have been taking it for a little over a week now. At first I was dissapointed. i saw no results. I actually gained weight within the first few days. I was pissed!
2 days ago I started noticing a loss. I’ve lost 4 lbs now. I have no treatments effects at all, but I’ve also been following a very low fat/calorie diet.”

“I have been on Alli for a couple of weeks now and have had no real side effects. There has only been one time when I ate a fattening meal and it made me really bloated. So far, haven’t noticed a whole lot of weight loss. But, they say it possibly takes 6 months for 10 pounds. So, I guess that is about 2 pounds per month. Still like the fact that it doesn’t make my heart skip a beat or cause nervousness like other pills I have taken.”
